Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping on orders ≥ R1,000. Below that, delivery is a flat R99 nationwide. (Confirm threshold during launch.)

How long does delivery take?

Typically 1–4 business days depending on your area. Remote/outlying areas may take a little longer.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed on business days are usually processed same or next business day. You’ll receive a tracking link once it ships.

How do I track my order?

We email a tracking link at dispatch. If you didn’t get it, check spam or contact support with your order number.

Can I collect my order?

Products & Use

Are your shampoos pH‑balanced?

Yes. Our wash products are pH‑balanced and safe for modern finishes when used as directed.

Can I use your shampoo in a foam cannon?

Yes, bucket or foam cannon both work. Follow the dilution guidance on the label and product page.

What is “dose efficiency” and why does it matter?

Dose efficiency means achieving target results with less product. It saves time, reduces waste and delivers repeatable outcomes.

Do you have directions and dilution charts?

Yes. Each product page includes plain‑language directions, dilution charts (where applicable) and good‑to‑know tips for best results.

Do your wheel/iron decontamination products change colour?

Yes our acid‑free iron fallout technology reacts with ferrous contamination and shows a colour change as it dissolves brake dust.

Is your tyre/exterior dressing sling‑free?

Yes. Our no‑sling formula dries quickly. Apply to a clean, dry tyre and allow to dry before driving.

Compatibility & Surfaces

Are Detail Shack products safe on ceramic coatings and glass?

Yes, when used as directed. Our protection and maintenance products are designed to be coating‑friendly and work on glass too.

Are they safe on plastics and chrome?

Yes. Where relevant, we indicate compatibility with plastics/chrome/trim on the product page.

Can I use your products on matte paint or PPF/wraps?

In most cases yes, with the correct technique. Always check the product page; we’ll call out any exceptions.

Are your products safe for interiors?

Yes, our Interior Detailer and APC are suitable for interior use when diluted/used as directed. Spot test first in an inconspicuous area.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact support for an RMA and instructions.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We’ll sort it. Email photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Payments & Accounts

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cards and Instant EFT (via PayFast or similar) and SnapScan. Standard EFT is also available with proof of payment.

Do I need an account to order?

No guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you view order history and faster re‑orders.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help. Once shipped, a return may be required.

Do you keep my card details?

No payments are processed securely by the gateway. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
